About this role
The Director of Supply Chain is a strategic, enterprise-level leadership role accountable for building, operating, and continuously improving a world-class supply chain that enables profitable growth, superior customer service, and operational resilience in a complex make-to-order manufacturing environment. This is not a caretaker role. The Director is expected to set the standard for supply chain excellence, exercise strong business judgment, and make disciplined tradeoffs across cost, service, risk, and cash. Success requires leading transformation, building high-performing teams, and developing scalable capabilities that strengthen Horton’s competitive position. The role has end-to-end responsibility for supply chain performance and financial results, with Purchasing and Materials Management as direct reports.
