"With guidance, conducts and synthesizes research and analyses related to peers, clients, rating/ranking firms, and the CSR/Social Investing strategy. Projects are typically smaller and led by more experienced professionals. Applies strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with others. With guidance, conducts and synthesizes research and analyses related to peers, clients, rating/ranking firms, and the CSR/Social Investing strategy.Manages several moderately complex administrative functions. Grasps multiple sets of tasks and problems and understands the linkage of innovative solutions for driving change in company practices. Escalates complex problems to more experienced professionals. Responsible for designing and improving the division, CSR/Social Investing, and team performance dashboards. Serves on a team of professionals supporting the development of board committee presentations. Reviews work with more experienced professionals to confirm accuracy and improve quality. Applies an adequate level of knowledge of the external and internal CSR/Social Investing field and an understanding of Marketing, Communications and Global Citizenship and Sustainability business objectives in relation to broader reputational and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) issues. No direct reports. May provide guidance to less experienced staff. Contributes to the achievement of team goals and objectives. Submits expenses.Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
