About this role
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you’re not just overseeing operations of one or more dining outlets – you’re contributing to creating memorable guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. The ideal candidate will possess the following: a minimum of 1 year experience as a manager/supervisor within Hotel Food & Beverage department, strong understanding and experience with bar and lounge operations, excellent liquor, wine and beer knowledge, prior experience managing a team within a unionized setting, strong understanding of Food & Beverage service, multi-unit management experience, proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate teams, demonstrated history of delivering exceptional guest service, and the ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
