The Hilton Austin is looking for an experienced property operations leader to join their top notch engineering team! An Assistant Director of Property Operations is responsible for assisting the Director in overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility to protect the well-being of all guests and team members in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The Assistant Director of Engineering will report into the Director of Property Operations and Engineering and oversee a team of 20 team members at this 801-room property. As an Assistant Director of Property Operations, you’re not just assisting the Director in overseeing the safety and functionality of the property – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
