Position Summary T-Mark is seeking a motivated Apprentice Plumber who is serious about building a long-term career in the plumbing industry. This is not a temporary position or a general labor role—we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to learn the trade, develop their skills, and grow into a successful Plumbing Technician.
The Apprentice Plumber will work alongside experienced plumbers, assisting with residential plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and service while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work Learn how to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions Assist with installing and repairing water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and sewer systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Properly use and care for tools, equipment, and materials Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete required paperwork and job documentation accurately Follow all company safety policies and procedures Participate in ongoing training and development programs Represent T-Mark professionally at all times
Requirements
Must have a genuine interest in pursuing plumbing as a long-term career Desire to learn a skilled trade and grow within the industry Previous plumbing, construction, mechanical, or trade experience is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Coachable attitude and ability to take direction Dependable and reliable with a positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
