About this role
The Senior Manager & Counsel, Enterprise Transactions, will be a strategic legal advisor to the supply management, procurement, and partnerships team, providing expert guidance on a wide range of commercial transactions. Reporting to the Director & Counsel, this role will lead contract negotiations, manage legal risk, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, while supporting the company's sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
