As the Communications professional at EXL, you will support the development and execution of strategic internal and external communication programs that align with the employer brand vision of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming stories, ideas, and strategic messages into impactful experiences, both visual and content. You will work closely with communication leads, HR, and cross functional teams to produce engaging content that enhances understanding, alignment, and employee engagement across EXL. This role will act as a key partner to internal members to deliver timely, consistent, and compelling messaging that reinforces company culture, drives employee engagement, and enables strategic alignment with organizational goals
