EXL is building a strategic Business Intelligence capability to help the organization understand how AI and emerging technologies will reshape industries, client demand, and competitive landscapes. We are looking for AVP/VP-level Strategy & Industry Consultants who bring strong sector judgment, consulting rigor, and executive credibility to interpret market signals and translate them into strategic insights for EXL’s businesses. This role will act as a strategic advisor to EXL’s Strategic Growth Units (SGUs) and Industry Market Units (IMUs), helping leadership teams understand the implications of AI-driven disruption and industry transformation. The individual will combine industry expertise, strategic thinking, and AI context to help EXL anticipate where industries are heading and where new opportunities will emerge.
