About this role
Duties & Responsibilities • Create Test scenarios and Test cases according to Technical and Functional Specifications • Experience in creating test plan matrix, test cases, traceability and similar documents • Experience on Life Admin Systems, US Life Insurance / Annuity products is preferred • Actively participate in analyzing requirements • Develop Test Data as applicable • Execute tests, analyze results and report to Lead/Manager/SM • Excellent knowledge of Agile QA/Dev processes and software development/test life cycle • Ability to create SQL queries for test data extraction and manipulation • Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills • Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing. • Good problem solving & interpersonal skills
