• Leverage Conversational Agents and Generators to deliver dynamic, personalized user experiences. • Develop and maintain Task and Routine Playbooks for scalable, goal-oriented dialog flows. • Ensure consistency and reusability across workflows for repeatable business outcomes.
• Configure and manage Datastores to enable adaptive, session-aware interactions. • Integrate with REST APIs, databases, and third-party services to enrich bot capabilities. • Conduct manual testing and flow optimization to ensure high accuracy in intent detection and seamless backend integration. • Design and execute test cases to validate conversational flows and backend connectivity.
