About this role
This post is a combination of: Data Entry Analyst who is responsible for accurate and timely encoding, maintenance, and validation of workforce and operational data. This role supports Workforce Management and Operations teams by ensuring data integrity used for reports, scheduling, and performance tracking; and a Reports Analyst who is responsible for generating, maintaining, and enhancing operational and workforce reports used for decision‑making. The role focuses on data accuracy, trend analysis, and timely delivery of insights to WFM and Operations stakeholders.
