The role focuses on maintaining compliance with coding guidelines, improving quality and productivity, and driving payment integrity. The manager will also mentor the team, manage workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Manger will work on New Implementation/Recruitment/CTA/OPS Efficiency/Quality MIS.
