About this role
Pre-Onboarding & Documentation Initiate and manage end-to-end pre-onboarding activities post-offer release. Coordinate collection, verification, and validation of candidate documents Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and forms. Track document gaps and escalate exceptions for business or HR approvals when required. Initiate background verification cases in compliance with company policies. Act as liaison between BGC vendors, candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders. Monitor BGC status and ensure timely closure before joining date
