Basic Function System support (G Max) Essential Functions 1. Manage Database setups 2. Knowledge of ERP (AS400 knowledge is preferred) 3. Handle queries through shared mailbox for Global markets 4. Working knowledge of SQL is preferred 5. Manage Incident Management Database 6. Configuration system Primary Internal Interactions 1. Respective process leaders within EXL Primary External Interactions 1. GBT Technology 2. Business partners 3. Technology Third Party vendors 4. Finance stakeholders Technical Skills-Good understanding of Accounting, Accounting systems, sound technical knowledge, AS400 or any other ERP (Preferred) Process Specific Skills- Accounting, Reconciliation, Reporting, Analysis, Research and clearance Soft skills (Desired)- Good communication skills. Good with Excel (usage of Pivots, V-lookup, Formulas), Data presentation, Ability to take minutes of meetings, follow-up and closure Soft Skills (Minimum)- Communication & Excel
