About this role
Support compliance for assigned business areas by assisting in the preparation of key documentation (e.g., OSD, BISRA), implementing controls aligned with policies and contractual requirements, and conducting compliance and audit reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective policy execution, while continuously monitoring risks and controls, identifying exceptions, and driving corrective action plans. Lead compliance self-assessment activities, deliver awareness and training initiatives, and ensure timely resolution of issues identified through internal and external audits.
