Specialized Experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 level in the Federal service which includes, 1) Writing business letters for official purposes, 2) Maintaining office records such as case files, reports, and log book for complaints, AND 3) Preparing reports for the command or organization. Selective Placement Factor: This position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) based on a 5-minute sample with 3 or fewer errors. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
