About this role
~Serve as a strategic HR advisor, partnering with business leaders to support delivery of organizational objectives. ~Build and sustain the people infrastructure and culture needed to attract, engage, and retain top talent. ~Partner with the business to design and execute HR programs across talent, performance, engagement, workforce management, and compliance. ~Drive business‑aligned HR solutions by leveraging HR Centers of Excellence (TA, L&D, Compensation & Benefits). ~Collaborate with Digital HR to ensure efficient, consistent delivery of core HR operations. ~Ensure effective implementation of people policies, HR frameworks, statutory requirements, and enterprise HR initiatives.
