About this role
• Must have working knowledge on GDS (any) • Must have knowledge of working on GDS • Must have knowledge of Refunds, Fares & pricing • Travel certification is required. • Must have knowledge of different fare and routing types • Good communication skills • Good Travel geographical knowledge • Maintaining high accuracy, productivity standards and should have willingness to learn. • Will have interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain good working relationships with customers. • Participate in process improvement initiatives, be flexible and change-ready in a dynamic work environment.
