Responsibilities 0-1 years’ experience on HR backend operations (in employee life cycle like Recruitment Onboarding, Employee data base management, Performance management, and Learning management) Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Outlook Should be expert in Excel or should have advance excel knowledge Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem Solving skills Managing Client deliverables through on-time and quality delivery Daily communications with onsite team Liaising with Local HRBP for query resolution and for data collation for reporting
