About this role
The Recruiting Coordinator owns the movement of every new hire from offer letter to training. This role makes sure each candidate completes every step of the pre-employment process and never gets stuck along the way. Responsibilities include communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date. This means making sure new hires complete all pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding paperwork such as Section 1 of the I-9 form and company policy acknowledgments. The Recruiting Coordinator tracks each candidate from offer acceptance through background check, drug test, and onboarding, and follows up with any candidate who is not moving forward.
