ESM Senior developer • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong experience in: • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) • CSM (Customer Service Management) • ServiceNow certifications: • CSA (Certified System Administrator) – required • CAD (Certified Application Developer) – required • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.) • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
