ROLE OVERVIEW The General Manager will take primary responsibility for strategically planning operational excellence, promotions, special events, fan engagement, building strong teams, and profitability of their assigned retail location(s) while providing coaching and performance management for all employees. The General Manager will report to the Regional Director and work a rotating, full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours on game days and during events.
