Fanatics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior AR Collections Analyst to manage a complex business-to-business accounts receivable portfolio. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) within the AR Collections organization and play a critical role in driving collections performance, resolving account discrepancies, reducing delinquency exposure, and supporting operational excellence across the Invoice-to-Cash (ITC) process. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and reconciliation skills, demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability, and can independently manage customer relationships, escalations, and portfolio risk with minimal supervision. This role requires collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Deductions, Finance, and external business partners.
