QualificationsTo qualify at the GS-14 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Leading or managing complex administrative programs, projects, or operations within a large organization. Experience in budget formulation, execution, and resource allocation for major programs or initiatives Supervising and overseeing performance management, professional development, and training programs for military and civilian staff. Major DutiesYou will serve as a/an Supv Mgmt & Program Analyst and be responsible for planning, administering, and evaluating complex and critical Coast Guard administrative operations and programs to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of programs, operations, organizations, and agency functions, providing consulting and advising CGCYBER Command Staff, subordinate commands, Departments/Divisions/Branches, program/project managers, and users and managing the centralized functions for Security, Personnel & Administration, Supply & Procurement, Training & Capabilities, Budget, and Contractor Support. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Managing and coordinating the various functions and processes that support CGCYBER Command and Sub-Commands. Providing recommendations to higher-level management relative to short and long-range operational, planning, and training goals sufficient to address workload trends and allocation of resources. Responsible for talent acquisition in the process of finding, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles to meet CGCYBER goals. Managing the internal relationship with process owners supporting the service, assisting with the definition and agreement of Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).
