QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extensive knowledge and skill using automation systems and processes, computer applications, principles, and techniques as they relate to the administrative business; 2) Adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness and/or organizational productivity; 3) Developing new or modified work methods, management processes and program administrative procedures. 4) Ability to develop and utilize appropriate data collection techniques. Major DutiesYou will assist the Admin Officer to determine the support requirements of the various departments and develop processes to accomplish the administrative tasks.You will process applications for no-fee passports (regular, official, and diplomatic) for all military and civilian personnel and/or their dependents within area of responsibility.You will maintain files and documents that are relevant to the installation.You will develop, formulate, and institute procedures in connection with the general administration of the organization.
