We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer lead to join our team at Goldman Sachs. This role is focused on designing, deployment, and management of agentic AI systems to enhance the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating solutions to manage and optimize the performance of autonomous AI software engineering agents, while also providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to other engineers on the team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment to ensure that the tools and services developed are seamlessly integrated into the existing development workflows, ultimately driving improvements in productivity across the organization.
