About this role
The Senior Vice President, Head of Workers Compensation, role is responsible for executing the strategic direction and ensuring long-term profitable growth of Ascot’s specialty workers’ compensation business unit. Through close collaboration with the SVP, Workers Compensation Underwriting, this role will be responsible for driving underwriting excellence and cultivating and expanding key distribution relationships. The ideal candidate will exhibit a “teacher’s heart” along with deep technical expertise and a proven track record of managing business unit financial performance.
