About this role
The Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining excellence in customer service to ensure that all clients, internal and external, are treated equally while utilizing each of our core values. This position is also responsible for timeliness and accuracy of all data entry into Ultra Staff. Tracking and maintaining documents for our company, making sure to stay up to date and keeping us compliant. Retrieving sensitive information from internal staff members. Working with a team daily and must be able to multitask. Completing tasks in a timely manner is required. Service Specialist will also share the responsibility in interacting with customers/ internal team members via telephone, email, online chats providing support and information on an assigned service. Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems and concerns.
