The Market Leadership Team (MLT) program is a firm wide program that brings together senior leaders from all lines of business to deliver the firm locally as one cohesive team. The Market Strategy Lead partners with Regional Chairs and local MLTs to develop and activate business growth and cross-LOB market strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape cross-LOB growth strategies and deliver tangible market impact, with visibility to senior leadership across lines of business and the MLT network.
