As the first point of contact, this position is responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions—including phone calls, live chat sessions, and low-complexity cases—with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of UL Solutions’ organizational structure, services, and operations – often more so than in any other front-line role - to effectively address routine inquiries and provide accurate information.
