About this role
We are looking for someone to lead process excellence across People Operations. This role is focused on redesigning how work gets done, improving consistency across regions, and driving automation through our core platforms, including Oracle HR and askHR. This is not a traditional HR role. It is an operations and transformation role, focused on making our processes simpler, faster, and easier to use for employees, managers, and HR teams.
