About this role
This position sits under the Office of the Dean of Science at our Kowloon Tong campus. The core responsibilities are delivering frontline user support for IT and audiovisual services across all faculty facilities. Administer and maintain core systems (including servers, websites, door access controls, etc.) to ensure high availability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web development platforms.
