This position sits under the Library at our Kowloon Tong campus. The core responsibilities are providing excellent, empathetic, and professional service at the Main Library’s User Services Counter and handle reference enquiries in person, phone, email and on various chat channels; shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is required to maintain continuous service.
