QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting and aligning complex organizational directives to ensure absolute compliance with Department of the Navy (DON) and Department of Defense (DOD) information security programs; 2) Leading the end-to-end development, implementation, and review of institutional policies for a comprehensive Classification Management Program; 3) Managing all strategic and operational aspects of a high-profile Foreign Disclosure Program to regulate the release of Critical Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to foreign nations and international entities; and 4) Achieving and maintaining vital Professional Security Certifications required to validate technical subject matter expertise and enforce risk mitigation protocols across multi-faceted security programs. Major DutiesYou will serve as the Section Head and will be the first level supervisor.You will resolve complex issues that arise in situations where Information Security policy does not cover or appropriately address their individual circumstances.You will develop policies and ensure the meet the intent and are in conformance with DON and DOD security policies and procedures.You will conduct or support command level inquires and investigations into the potential loss or compromise of classified information.
