QualificationsExperience in the food service industry, Experience with using a Point-of-Sale system. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Successful applicants must have a minimum of three years' experience in food service operations.
Major DutiesMajor Duties: Directly supervises regular full-time, part-time, and flexible category employees Plans and schedules work to be accomplished by subordinates. Sets priorities and quarterly/annual goals Resolves work problems and implements ways to improve production/quality of work within the department. Identifies developmental and training needs of employees and provides or arranges for neeed training. This is an emergency-designated position
