Solution Architect – Data Migration & Analytics (Insurance) Role Summary We are hiring a Solution Architect to lead a strategic data modernization program involving migration from 14+ source systems (including Guidewire InsuranceNow) into a Snowflake-based Data Warehouse leveraging dbt. The role also includes driving a report rationalization initiative, consolidating legacy reports into a streamlined Power BI analytics layer. This is a high-impact role requiring strong expertise in data architecture, large-scale migration, and insurance domain transformation. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design • Define end-to-end data architecture for ingesting structured and unstructured data into Snowflake. • Architect layered DWH (Raw/Bronze, Curated/Silver, Consumption/Gold) using dbt-based ELT frameworks. • Establish scalable, secure, and performance-optimized data models.
