About this role
The Salesforce AI / Agentforce Developer will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on leveraging Agentforce capabilities and Einstein AI to build intelligent, autonomous agents and enhance CRM workflows across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds. You’ll combine strong platform development skills (Apex, LWC, Flows) with cutting-edge agentic AI practices (Prompt Builder, RAG, toxicity detection) to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
