About this role
Key Responsibilities · Install, configure, and upgrade MicroStrategy in cloud environments · Manage multiple MicroStrategy instances across environments (Dev, QA, Prod) · Optimize performance (Intelligence Server tuning, caching, cube performance, memory allocation) · Design and manage HA/DR strategy · Capacity planning and autoscaling (Kubernetes/GKE/EKS or VM-based) · Monitor platform health and resolve production issues · Manage security, access controls, and governance · Work with SRE/cloud teams on infrastructure optimization · Automate deployments (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code where possible)
