Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Power Apps/Power Automate Specialist to manage and optimize our applications within the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, effectively translating business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with AI and Copilot in Power Platform is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Application Management: • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps. • Optimize and automate workflows with Power Automate.

• Workflow and Process Improvement: • Create efficient workflows and processes to support business needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure optimal flow performance.

• Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements. • Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.

• Continuous Learning and Innovation: • Stay updated on Power Platform updates and integrate new features. • Explore AI capabilities and incorporate them when applicable.

• Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows and application architecture.

Qualifications:

• Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: • 3-4 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. • Proven capability in designing applications and workflows.

• Technical Skills: • Ability to develop user-friendly applications in Power Apps. • Proficiency in automating processes with Power Automate.

• Communication Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication. • Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Ability: • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications.

• Preferred Skills: • Experience in developing and maintaining traditional applications in Power Apps/Power Automate platform • Exposure to AI and Copilot Studio features in Power Platform.

• Personal Attributes: • Self-motivated and proactive in exploring new technologies. • Enthusiastic about innovation and efficiency.

• Additional Skills: • Full stack development experience. • Understanding of AI and Copilot Studio frameworks.

Additional Considerations:

• Familiarity with agile practices and SDLC is beneficial. • Experience in deployment activities and CI/CD processes is an advantage.
