Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives • Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce planning • Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making • Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters • Facilitate training, leadership development, and succession planning programs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HRBP or generalist functions • Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and HR best practices • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
