About this role
Apply Industrial Engineering methods to improve efficiency and optimize cost in the Motorcycle Tires production area.Conduct time studies, analyze OEE/TEEP, losses, material flow, and benchmarking data.Identify improvement opportunities, calculate savings, and run feasibility studies with Production and Engineering.Lead improvement projects and workshops (workplace, layout, material flow, work organization).Implement and maintain standard times, SOPs, and CBS standards on the shop floor.Participate in business team meetings to drive OEE/TEEP and performance targets.Report improvements and present results in monthly production reviews.Ensure ESH compliance in the area of responsibility. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Management.Experience in tire manufacturing processes and process optimization.Knowledge of time study methods (REFA / MOST / MTM), CBS, and lean tools.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Strong problem-solving, communication, and shop-floor engagement skills.Project management and cross-cultural exposure preferred.Good command of English.
