Qualifications
• Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure. • Special Education endorsement.
Experience
• Experience working with children with autism. • Knowledge of and experience with a variety of strategies for instruction for students with autism. • Knowledge and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). • Experience with the Picture Exchange Communication System. • Knowledge and experience using assistive technology.

• Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues. • Flexible, dependable, and highly organized. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to design, implement and evaluate individual behavior management systems
