In our central HR department in Hanover-Stöcken, we offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international environment starting August/September 2026. Our scope covers the employee lifecycle for our tire plants—ranging from employer branding and recruiting through talent and professional development programs to exciting topics such as digitalization and the Future Workplace. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Become part of our global network by closely collaborating with our contacts at the tire plants and within various departmentsSupport our international projects by independently taking ownership of work packagesSupport the team in shaping and implementing global learning and development initiatives that drive personal growth and organizational transformationMake an impact by creating compelling presentations, insightful analyses, and clear documentation. Students (m/f/diverse) in the field of Business Administration or comparable degree programs with a focus on Human Resource ManagementInitial experience or a strong interest in Human ResourcesProficient in using the MS Office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Very good command of English, both written and spokenGerman language skills are a plusHigh level of commitment, creativity, and enjoyment of teamworkStructured way of working as well as strong initiativeEnjoyment of communication in an international environment We offer the following benefits:
