Responsibilities include:
Manage and transact across a diverse portfolio of residential homes and apartments throughout the Newcastle regionLeverage your marketing expertise and sales strategy to match buyers with the right propertiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasersManage and convert a high volume of leads and enquiriesDrive revenue growth and meet annual sales targetsMaintain a strong local market presence through networking and stakeholder engagementTake ownership of your pipeline, ensuring a highly organised and proactive approach

You will bring:
