About this role
The Manager of Clinical Applications is responsible for the end-to-end operational governance, service delivery, technical oversight, and continuous optimization of all clinical information systems within the hospital. Under the strategic direction of the Director of Technology, this role ensures the Clinical Applications Pod consistently delivers stable operations, timely enhancements, and structured responses to clinical requirements. This is a hands-on, techno-functional leadership role, accountable for ensuring that all day-to-day tasks; configuration, testing, analysis, interface coordination, user support, documentation, RCA, DR drills, quality audits are completed with discipline and predictability.
