King’s College Hospital Dubai is seeking a dedicated and qualified Emirati Phlebotomist to join our Allied Health team. This role is ideal for candidates committed to delivering high‑quality patient care within a reputable healthcare institution.
Key Responsibilities • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures in accordance with hospital standards • Correctly label, handle, and transport specimens to the laboratory • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times • Adhere to infection control policies, safety standards, and DHA regulations • Maintain accurate documentation and records • Collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams as required
Eligibility & Requirements (Mandatory) • UAE National (Emirati Passport and Family Book required) • Valid DHA License or Eligibility letter as Phlebotomist • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred • Willingness and ability to work in Dubai • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
