• Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in patient condition • Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation) • Observe and report abnormal physical, mental, or emotional changes • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment • Support nursing staff with patient care and unit workflow • Document care in accordance with hospital standards • Participate in required education, competency validation, and performance improvement activities • Perform other duties as assigned Why join us We believe investing in our employees is key to providing excellent patient care. Key services include a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), a 12-bed Geriatric Psychiatry Unit, and a 12-bed Acute Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Unit.
