As a Group Leader here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate a team to achieve operational and project goals within the aerospace sector. You will report directly to our Production Workers Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, ON location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of your team’s output, contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement of aerospace products and services, and support Honeywell’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and mentor a team to deliver on project objectives and operational targets. • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks. • Responsible for managing assigned customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring ownership, transparency, and timely delivery. The role focuses on providing accurate unit status updates, driving turnaround time (TAT) improvements, and maintaining strong customer relationships. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and quality. • Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals and customer requirements. • Manage resource allocation and workload balancing within the team. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. • Facilitate communication between team members, management, and other departments. • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project delivery. • Monitor and update Epoint.

• Completed post secondary education. • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing teams within a technical or aerospace environment. WE VALUE
• Experience in aerospace product development or manufacturing operations. • Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and project management practices. • Ability to use relevant tools and technologies to monitor project progress and team performance. • Experience with process improvement methodologies and quality management systems. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the aerospace sector. The annual base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $84,000 in Mississauga, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
