About this role
In this role, you will support multiple Vice Presidents within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) and have responsibility for driving Engineering and Program Management functional excellence across Honeywell Aerospace. You will report directly to the HR Vice President of CTO & IT, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by driving talent management initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
