To assist process engineers with day-to-day Wafer FAB related activities
• Lot disposition, follow up on evaluation lots, analysis on scrap wafers and coordinate simple engineering experiments • Support manufacturing to achieve best in class cycle time and OTD • Error proof processes to minimize/eliminate human errors • Error proof tools to minimize/eliminate equipment issues • Institute effective process controls and work procedures to achieve manufacturing efficiency • Improve tools and processes with cross functional team, suppliers, and customers • Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area. • Encourage workers and or to report any kind of violations relating to labour, ethics and EHS. • Other duties as assigned
• Fresh graduate or minimum of 2 years relevant experience • Knowledge in electronics, semiconductor or solid state physics is preferred • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required • Good written and verbal communication skills • Basic computer literate especially in MS Office
